THE FIRST FLOOR SPACE is mostly meant for the residents who enroll for the Artist –in-House Residency (inclusive of performing artists, Fine artists , Photographers, cinematographers, Directors both from Cinema & Theatre)/Corporate/Diplomats /Expatats/VIPs and of course to those who have an artistic bent of mind .This is to add to the comfort of the Artists and who wish to live in peaceful, serene environment and wish to compose work in complete tranquility celebrating with the beauty of Mother Nature around. In this Duplex building these luxury rooms(fully ventilated rooms) provide you just the right blend of peace and privacy .2 ROOMS available with 1 multipurpose hall

THE GARDEN AREA (Oorjaa - Saawan Baadho)

On the First Floor of the Bungalow , there is a beautiful ornamental garden with lush green grass surrounded with comfortable sand stone seating. To add to the beauty there is a swing over white marble flooring right in the middle of the garden to caress your mood. This ornamental garden under the nameof Sawan Bhado’ is surrounded with Mughal and Rajput Architecture ‘jharoka’ and ‘Jaali’. In order to give you privacy and feel of royalty, the seating roof is covered with coloured glasses. During the bright sunny days, these glasses reflect their colours giving a perfect magical feel to the space like the Mughal palaces. This amorous architecture of the bungalow along with fully functional water fountains at floor and door level transport you to the era of Mughal palace garden. Such a Luxury can only be found here in ‘Saawan Badho’ .
